Pablo Castro is the data controller for the details you send through the forms on this site.
What we collect, and why

The news box is optional. If you do not tick it, you still get what you asked for, and we do not send you news.
Legal basis
- Your request (GDPR, Article 6(1)(b)): we need your details to send you the guide, tell you about the full guide, or answer your training request.
- Your consent (GDPR, Article 6(1)(a), and Spanish law LSSI, Article 21): for news emails, only if you ticked the box. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every news email, or by writing to us.
Who else handles your data
- Google (Google Forms and Google Sheets) stores what you send through the forms.
- Cloudflare hosts this site. Like any web host, it keeps short technical logs, such as IP addresses, to run and protect the site.
These providers may process data outside the European Union. When they do, they use the safeguards the GDPR allows, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
- Guide and waitlist details: until we have sent what you asked for, and no longer than 12 months after that.
- Training requests: up to 24 months after our last contact.
- News consent: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to how we use it, or to get a copy of it. Write to info@worklessninja.com. We answer within one month.
If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics tools.
